[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by the Chairman, State Human Rights Commission, Chennai in S.H.R.C.No.3797/2007, dated 06.01.2014 has been complied with and necessary sanction order has been passed for the payment of compensation amount as awarded by the State Human Rights Commission. 2.In view of the said submission, we are of the view that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous, accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
