This quash petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in Crime No.18 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation has been completed in Crime No.18 of 2019 and Charge Sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur, on 13.12.2019, and pending for taking cognizance.
3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
