Side) O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent No.2 to file the final report in Crime No.213 of 2023, dated 28.08.2023 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police registered an FIR in Crime No.213 of 2023 and that the investigation is completed and Charge Sheet is made ready. Hence, he seeks two weeks time to file the final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court. 2/4

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent Police is directed to file the final report in Crime No. 213 of 2023 before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
