Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to regularize the services of the petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher w.e.f. 30.01.2002 as was granted in respect of the similarly placed persons vide G.O.Ms.No.143 School Education (S-2) Department dated 25.06.20007 and G.O.(3D).No.128 school Education (G2) Department dated 28.09.2011 and by considering the petitioner's representations dated 09.12.2017 and 23.03.2018 within the period that may be stipulated by this court.

ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 28.04.2018 made in W.P.(MD) No.10265 of 2018.
2.Today, when this contempt petition is taken up for disposal, Mrs.S.Srimathy, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that, the orders of this Court has been complied with and in support of her contention, she has produced the copy of order dated 08.07.2019. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, though, not controverted the order passing of the order, made a statement that within the time stipulated by this Court since the order has not been complied with, this contempt petition can be proceeded further against the respondent.
3.In view of the said submission made by both sides and since the order has been complied with, of course, with some delay, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court condoned the delay and accordingly, this contempt petition need not be proceeded further against the respondents. 4.In that view of the matter, this contempt petition is closed as no further order is required to be passed in this contempt petition.
