ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeks registration of FIR as per the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram in Cr.M.P.No. 677 of 2025, dated 02.07.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that as per the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.677 of 2025, dated 02.07.2025, an effective enquiry is going on and an FIR would be registered within a period of one week.

3. In view of the above said submission, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to comply with the order of the learned Magistrate, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
