PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to enquire and cancel the forged document No.2883 of 2012 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.07.2017 in the light of the circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011.

O R D E R

The present Writ Petition is filed praying for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to enquire and cancel the forged document No.2883 of 2012, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.07.2017 in the light of the circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to workout his remedy before the Civil Court. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Hence, permission is granted and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the Civil Court in accordance with law. If the petitioner avails such remedy, the time spent in the Writ Petition shall be excluded while reckoning the period of limitation. No costs.
