Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.07.2017 and to conduct investigation and unearth black-money which runs into several hundred crores of rupees tax evasion by the black-marketing traders of Bodinayakkanur, Theni District and to direct the first respondent to take disciplinary proceedings against the officials who's supported the black-marketers of Bodinayakkanur and to recover the amount from the officials within a time frame stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed an earlier writ petition in W.P(MD) No.8159 of 2017 arraying the same two respondents as before me in this writ petition and seeking the same prayer, except in relation to an earlier identical representation that has been dismissed as withdrawn. Today, he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this Writ Petition as well.

W.P(MD)No.16981 of 2017 2.Though I am inclined to impose a cost for the repetitive filing, I refrain from doing so and instead only warn the petitioner against filing such frivolous petitions.

3.In the light of the endorsement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
