2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the above said order was not intimated to the petitioner by the concerned advocate in time. On that ground, the above said delay is occurred.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and the delay of 27 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case is condoned.
