ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed challenging the appointment of the fifth respondent as a Managing Director of Amarar Rajiv Gandhi Handloom Weavers Cooperative Productions and Sales Society, of which the petitioner is the President and to forbear the respondents from further appointing Managing Director to the said Society without sanction of law.
2. Pending this writ petition, the services of the fifth respondent had also come to an end and by further proceedings, further persons have also been appointed as Managing Directors. Such appointments have been made pursuant to various Government Orders issued by the Government in that regard. The said Government Orders have not been challenged by the petitioner, which enables the Government to appoint Managing Director for the Society.
3. In such view of the matter, I do not find any necessity to interfere with the orders impugned herein and the prayer sought for in the writ petition also had become infructuous, in view of the further nominations of Managing Directors to the Society. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed, as no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition. There shall be no order as to costs.
