O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Mandamus as against the respondents to refund the license fee paid by the petitioner for the unutilized period from 10.02.2021 to 06.03.2021 at the rate of Rs.74,347/- (for each round trip) to the Petitioner within a time frame stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner made a representation before the respondents on 19.10.2023, seeking to refund the license fee paid by the petitioner for the unutilized period from 10.02.2021 to 06.03.2021 at the rate of Rs.74,347/- (for each round trip) to the petitioner. Since the same was not considered till date, the petitioner has approached this Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 19.10.2023, within a period of fifteen (15) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
