The petitioner has challenged the impugned advertisement dated 30.08.2017 in this writ petition.

It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner has been relieved from service of the third respondent school and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. 2/4

After recording the statement made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents that the petitioner has been relieved from the service of the third respondent school, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, since at the time of filing of this writ petition, the petitioner was still in service.
