Prayer in W.P.(MD)No.13507 of 2013:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorafified Mandamus calling for entire records relating to the impugned proceedings of the 1st respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.20250/V1/E3/2013, dated 17.7.2013 quash the same as illegal and consequentially to directing herein to regularize the services of the petitioners as full time vocational. Instructors Grade-II, i.e., Secondary Grade Teacher scale of pay and then to that of full time scale of pay i.e., to vocational. Instructors Grade-I, i.e., B.T. Assistant scale of pay.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that as against the order of this Court dated 15.03.2017 in W.P.(MD)No.13507 of 2013, the State preferred an appeal in W.A.(MD)No.52081 of 2018. The petitioner is at liberty to re-open the contempt petition, if
