2. In support of his contention the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner relied on the Judgment of this Court reported in 2025(1) TNMAC 741.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the Judgement relied on by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition to dispense with is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in usual course.
