This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the case in P.R.C.No.20 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State represented that as of now, on the point of jurisdiction, the case in P.R.C.No.20 of 2013 has been transferred to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam. Thereafter, the same has not been taken on file by the said Magistrate.

petition, he submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the learned Magistrate Court, Thirumangalam to dispose the case within a time limit that may be stipulated by this Court. 4.So, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam to take the P.R.C.No.20 of 2013 on file immediately and commit the same to the Court of Sessions within a period of two months from today.

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
