This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the third respondent to return the petitioner's vehicles bearing Registration Nos.TN-10-AX-3507, TN-02BK-3232 and TN-07-CP-1677 which are seized in connection with Crime No.234 of 2020 as the same stands quashed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 14979 of 2020.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that in pursuance of the order of this Court, vehicles were handed over to the petitioner/owner of the vehicle on 21.12.2022. 2/4

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
