2.The writ petitioner is a cooperative society. It is engaged in rearing of bees and production of honey. The petitioner wants the procurement price to be enhanced. It is the call that is to be taken by the first respondent. The first respondent is called upon to consider the petition mentioned representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
