ORDER

The petitioner has challenged the impugned advertisement dated 04.09.2017 in this writ petition.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents on instructions would submit that the official respondents are not going to disturb the service of the petitioner in the third respondent school. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

3. After recording the fact that the petitioner is not going to be disturbed by the official respondents, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
