ORDER

The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the first and second respondents to take action against the respondents 4 to 6 within a time frame.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the first to third respondent would submit that the petitioner had also submitted a representation to the first and second respondent dated 10.10.2024 and that they would consider the representation after affording an opportunity to the respondents 4 to 6 and take further course of action as required in the facts and circumstances of the case. 3.In view of the same, the statement by the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, notice to the respondents 4 to 6 is dispensed with. 4.In fine, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.10.2024 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording an opportunity to the Respondents 4 to 6. 2/4

5.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
