This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action on the basis of the petitioner representation dated 05.06.2017.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner is none other that the wife of the third respondent. He further submitted that there was a family dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent, the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 05.06.2017 and the same was enquired in detail and it was closed.

W.P.(MD)No.17026 of 2017 3.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as devoid of merits. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Court in the manner known to law. No costs.
