Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner alleges that the document No.1251/2010 registered on the file of the second respondent is vitiated by forgery. It is said to be a case of impersonation. Therefore, the first respondent can take action in the matter dehors Section 77A of the Registration Act and the circulars issued by IG of Registration. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner draws my attention to the Forensic Report issued in this regard.

3. The first respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the petitioner's complaint. Notice will be issued to all the interested parties. Final order on merits and in accordance with law will be passed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
