ORDER

It is the only case of the petitioner that the copy of the Enquiry Officer's report has not been furnished along with the notice calling for further explanation.

2. In such circumstances, the first respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the Enquiry Officer's report dated 24.11.2016 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, the petitioner shall submit his explanation within a further period of four weeks and the first respondent shall pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter, however after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

3. With the aforesaid observation and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 08.01.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes nst
