PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of habeas corpus calling for the records in Detention Order No.67 of 2019 dated 09.11.2019 and issue a writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Habeas Corpus or any other order or direction, directing the respondents herein to produce the detenu Sathish @ Sathiya Mukesh son of Vijayaraj, aged about 21 years who has been termed as "Goonda"and now confined in Central Prison, Madurai and set aside the same and set the detenu at liberty.

H.C.P.(MD) No.1361 of 2019 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents, by producing a copy of G.O.Rt.No.5249, Home, Prohibition & Excise (XIII) Department, dated 16/12/2019, would state that the impugned detention order has been revoked by the Government.
