O R D E R

The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.159 of 2022 pending on the file of Family Court, Ramanathapuram, and to transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Madurai.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Hence, H.M.O.P.No.159 of 2022 is withdrawn from the file of Family Court, Ramanathapuram, and transferred to the file of Family Court, Madurai, for disposal as per law. The Family Court, Ramanathapuram, is directed to transmit the papers to the case file to the Family Court, Madurai, forthwith. The Family Court, Madurai, is directed to dispose G.W.O.P.No.127 of 2022 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
