This petition has been filed to direct the Respondent No.2 to withdraw the case in Crime No.76 of 2013 on the file of the Respondent No.6 and entrust the same to the Respondent No.3 for proper investigation, consequently to direct the Third Respondent to depute a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

competent police officer to investigate the case in Crime No.76 of 2013 afresh and file charge sheet before the jurisdictional magistrate. 2.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that in Crime No.76 of 2013 an investigation has been completed and the same was closed as a false complaint and the counter case also registered in Cr.No.75 of 2013.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Jurisdictional Magistrate, if he so advised.
