:Contemnors/Respondents PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying this Court to punish the Contemnors/Respondents for committing grave contempt and wilful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P(MD)No.3311 of 2016, dated 16.02.2016.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay the petitioners terminal benefits towards Gratuity Rs.4,48,240/- Commutation amount Rs.1,91,361/- and Leave salary Rs.29,390/- along with 18% interest per annum within a stipulated time.

Alleging that the order of this Court made in W.P(MD)No.3311 of 2016, dated 16.02.2016 has not been complied with, the Petitioner has come up with the present Contempt Petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned
counsel for the Respondents/Contemnors would submit that the order passed in the above Writ Petition has been complied with and has also produced a communication to that effect. However, the learned counsel for the Petitioner disputes the Calculation memo submitted by the learned counsel for the Contemnors.
4.As already liberty is given to the Petitioner in paragraph 5 of the order passed in the above Writ Petition, it is open to him to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. 5.With the above observation, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
