2. The petitioner challenges the impugned peace committee meeting decision taken by the second second respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that by virtue of the impugned decision his constitutional rights are being denied.
3. I have consistently held that such decisions are bereft of legal value. They are not amenable to challenge in writ proceedings. I make it clear that none of the official respondents will aid in enforcing the impugned decision. If of course any law and order problem arises, it is open to the police authorities to intervene.
4. With this observation and clarification, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
