O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents.

2. The petition-mentioned premises was allegedly utilized by the petitioner's husband for unauthorised Allopathy practise. In this regard, a criminal case has been registered.

3. The petitioner's husband of course will have to face the prosecution. The only question that calls for consideration is whether the authorities were justified in locking and sealing of the petition-mentioned premises.

4. I was more than satisfied that the act of locking and sealing was done without adhering to due process of law.

5. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General submitted that the authorities had already expressed their readiness to unseal the premises but the petitioner is not cooperating. Recording the undertaking of the respondents that the petitionmentioned premises will be desealed immediately, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
