This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the name of enquiry in a civil dispute.

2. There is a Civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. At the time of argument, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that sofar, no complaint has been received against the petitioner and if any complaint is received, that will be processed as per law.
