O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the summon in C.No.153/G5/DSP/DCB-II/MD/2023 dated 26/10/2023 on the file of the District Crime Branch-II, Madurai and to quash the same as illegal.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the second respondent, enquiry was undertaken in C.No.39/2023. During the course of enquiry, both sides appeared and undertaking was also given by the counter parties, that they will set right the entries in respect of the property under dispute, that was also accepted by the complainant and based upon the above said agreement reached between the parties, the above enquiry was closed on 04.12.2023.

3. In view of the above said, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Hence, this matter has become infructuous. 2/4

4. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
