Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent to pay the petitioner Rs.6,07,762/- towards Gratuity, Rs.5,51,454/- towards E.P.F. Employees Contributions Rs. 1,28,905/- towards Leave Salary and Rs.50,000/- towards Social Security Scheme benefit and also arrears of wages for the period from 01.09.13 to 31.03.2015 payable pursuant new wage settlement, together with 18% interest per annum within a time frame as may be fixed by this Honble Court.
