ORDER

This writ petition has been filed as against the orders passed by the second respondent, Block Development Officer refusing to renew the license of the petitioner's Saw Mill.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits the petitioner has sold the property to the some other person and as on date, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous. She has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
