Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to pay the petitioner Rs. 5,99,413/- towards Gratuity and Rs. 2,81,878/- towards Leave Salary and also arrears of wages for the period from 01.09.2013 to 31.03.2015 payable pursuant new wage settlement, together with 18% interest per annum and further directing the respondents to pay the Petitioner Rs. 2,62,782/- towards the Pension Commutation Amount together with 18% interest per annum within a stipulated time.

O R D E R

Alleging disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD). No.12382 of 2016, dated 15.07.2016, the petitioner has filed the present contempt petition.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.12382 of 2016, dated 15.07.2016, has been complied with. However, some of the amount was not paid to the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy, in the manner known to law.
