ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the notification of the second respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3783/2019/Pa.4 dated 11.11.2019.
2.The learned Additional Government Pleader, on written instructions from the Executive Officer, Sankaran Nagar, would submit that according to the Executive Officer, Panchayat, in pursuance of the above notification, no candidate was appointed and the said post is still vacant. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that if the writ petition is closed recording the above submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, he has got no grievance.
4.Thereby, recording the above fair submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed. It is made clear that if the petitioner has got any grievance in respect of the notification to be 2/4
