This petition has been filed for seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.08.2017 and to take necessary action against the third respondent for his illegal action demanding exorbitant interest from the petitioner and to prevent them to conduct illegal auction on 09.09.2017.
