To issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings in proceedings vide e.f.vz;.V,3/004/2015 dated 06.07.2021 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequentially to direct the respondents to refund the petitioner's earned and unearned leave amount i.e., Rs.3,94,569.84/- within the period that may be stipulated by this Honble Court.
