ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court in W.P(MD).No.10 of 2024 dated 03-01-2024.

2. This Court, by order dated 03.01.2024 in W.P(MD).No.10 of 2024, directed the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.04.2023 and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents /contemnors submitted that the petitioner's representation has been considered and that a sum of Rs.1,08,270/- has already been paid. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that his representation has not been considered in its true spirit. Apart from the amount paid, a balance amount of Rs.64,000/- remains unpaid. 2/4

3. Since the order of this Court has already been conisdered, this Contempt Petition is closed.
