Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in application No.2 of 2016 dated 28.07.2017 insofar as the petitioner is concerned and quash the same as illegal consequently may direct the respondents 1 and 2 to refuse registration of 4th respondent's document mentioning the old boundaries by including porombokku pathway in survey no.665/13, Kulathur Village, Pudukottai.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the second respondent in Application No.2 of 2016, dated 28.07.2017 and to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to refuse registration of the 4th respondent's document.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that, in the present case, the fourth respondent's application for registration of sale deed was allowed by the second respondent on 28.07.2017, without considering the objections made by the petitioner. Subsequent to the above order, the fourth respondent's sale deed was also registered by the third respondent. According to the learned counsel, such registration is in violation of the interim stay already granted by this Court on 11.09.2017.

3. In view of the registration of the fourth respondent's sale deed, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. If the petitioner feels that there 2/4

is violation of the interim order granted by this Court, she is always at liberty to file contempt petition. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
