Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS, directing the 1st respondent to pay the petitioner Rs.5,54,067/- towards E.P.F., Rs.4,47,346/- towards Leave Salary, Rs.30,114/- towards Social Security Scheme, Rs,26,540/- towards balance of gratuity and Rs.4,360/- towards Refundable Deposits along with 18% interest per annum together with interest amount for the periods of delay in paying the part of the gratuity amount and further directing the respondents to pay him Rs.3,77,700/- towards the Pension Commutation amount together with 18% interest per annum.

ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court in W.P(MD)No.4223 of 2016 dated 02.03.2016 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondents/contemnors would submit that the order passed in the Writ Petition has been complied with and has also produced a communication to that effect. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner disputes the calculation memo submitted by the learned counsel for the contemnors.

3.As already liberty is given to the petitioner in paragraph No.5 of the order passed in the above Writ Petition, it is open to them to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. 4.With the above observation, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
