The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnors/ respondents for their willful, deliberate, disobedience of the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.863 of 2024 dated 07.08.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the contemnors would submit that in pursuance of the direction of this Court, investigation is completed and charge sheet came to be filed before the jurisdictional Court and the same was taken on file in S.T.C.No.311 of 2024 and he has also produced the copy of the status report and the charge sheet.
