ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.237 of 2024 dated 25.07.2024, and file the final report within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.237 of 2024 is almost over and the final report will be filed within four months.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to file the final report in Crime.No.237 of 2024 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
