PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned order passed by the second respondent herein in Letter No. 200/X.j/f.F/2016 dated 01.09.2017 and quash the same and further direct the respondents herein not to interfere with my right to establish and run 19 shops (temporary structures) in Survey No.599/1 to an extent of 4629 square feet, Agastheeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari Village, Kanyakumari District as per the license granted by the second respondent herein in Letter No.832/H3/2016 dated 20.10.2016 and subsequent agreements dated 18.01.2017 for a period of six years.
