Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondents to pay the petitioner Rs.4,94,880/- towards Gratuity, Rs.98,437/- towards Leave Salary and also arrears of wages for the period from 1.09.13 to 31.03.15 payable pursuant to new wage settlement dated 13.04.2015 together with 18% interest per annum, along with interest amount towards the delayed payment of EPF Employees Contribution amount Rs.2,03,697/- for the period from 31.07.15 to 28.05.16 at the rate as per EPF Scheme and further directing the respondents to pay him Rs.2,10,146/-towards the pension commutation together with 18% interest per annum. 2.When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing toady, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order of this Court, dated 23.08.2016, has been complied with. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that some of the amount was not yet paid.

3.In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. If any amount is due and payable, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
