*********** [Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] When the matter was taken up Mr.V.Karuna, learned Counsel on record for HCP petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned HCP as it prima facie came to light that it is not a case of illegal detention or unlawful custody but made a plea to preserve all the rights and contentions of the petitioner and / or anyone else concerned for the petitioner's daughter to move an appropriate Court with a suitable petition if there is undue delay or if there are any other change of circumstances. Request acceded to. Learned Counsel has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:
2.In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned HCP is disposed of as closed / withdrawn albeit preserving the rights of the petitioner and / or anyone else concerned for the petitioner's daughter in the aforesaid manner. If there is any change of circumstances, it is open to the petitioner to come before this Court with the same prayer. There shall be no order as to costs.
