ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the fourth respondent University to give qualification approval forthwith to the appointment of E.Joanita Ranjini as Assistant Professor (Psychology) in the petitioner college with effect from 01.08.2025.

2. Considering the fact that the application of the petitioner Institution seeking approval of its qualification has been kept pending by the fourth respondent, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to dispose of the application made by the petitioner Institution for the grant of qualification approval on merits and in accordance with law, 2/4

within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
