ORDER
Today, the matter has been listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners, indicating that the original order copy filed along with the civil revision petition was not directed to be returned and also further brought to the notice of this Court that while calculating the period of limitation by the Appellate Forum, the period of pendency of the revision petition had also not been excluded.
2. A perusal of the order made by this Court would indicate that the revision petition was permitted to be withdrawn, as there was an effective alternate remedy available with the petitioner.
3. From the records, it is seen that the original impugned order has also been filed by the petitioners.
4. In such view of the matter, the following directions are issued:
(1) Registry is directed to return the original impugned order filed along with the civil revision petition;
(2) If the petitioner exercises the right of appeal and approaches the Appellate Forum, the period of pendency of the revision before this Court i.e., from the date of filing till today, shall stand excluded, while calculating the period of limitation.
