No.3 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal and quash the same as illegal. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) made a submission as of now the said P.R.C. was committed to the Court of Sessions and pending as S.C.No.34 of 2018.
