This petition is filed under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 03.07.2013. 2.Today i.e., on 27.03.2015, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. However, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) has submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 03.07.2013, the second respondent had registered a case in Crime No.214 of 2013 on 23.08.2013 under sections 451 and 420 of IPC. 3.In view of the above facts, this court finds that since, the purpose of filing of this petition is served already, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
