This contempt petition was filed on the ground that the order passed in W.A(MD).No.808 of 2017, dated 29.06.2017 was not complied with.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the directions issued by the Division Bench in W.A(MD)No.808 of 2017, dated 29.06.2017, the second respondent through proceedings, dated 10.07.2021 has rejected the application seeking for planning permission. 2/4
3. In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this contempt petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection order passed by the respondents, the same has to be challenged independently, in the manner known to law.
