Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS, directing the 1st respondent to pay the petitioner Rs.5,09,412/- towards Gratuity and Rs.66,616/- towards Leave Salary, together with 18% interest per annum, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Hon ble Court.

ORDER

Alleging non-compliance of the order, dated 07.10.2016, passed in W.P.(MD)No.19644/2016, this contempt petition is filed. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as per the orders of this Court, dated 07.10.2016, passed in W.P(MD)No.19644 of 2016, entire terminal benefits together with 6% interest has been paid. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the said amount was credited to the petitioner's account. 3.Recording the above said submission, this contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggreived, it is open to him to file a fresh writ petition.
