2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Already, the petition for extension of time is filed by the petitioner and the same was allowed. Due to the impact of the accident caused to the petitioner, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.M.P(MD) No.11700 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD) No.593 of 2022 dated 30.09.2022.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 30.09.2022 in Crl.M.P(MD) No.11700 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD) No.593 of 2022 is extended further for a period of ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
